Is it easy to take stretchers out and put them back in, when they've healed? I am new to the whole concept, sorry if this is really obvious for you. ^^

It’s okay! And it’s not TOO hard once they’re healed…however, expect them to shrink up a tad bit, depending on how long you keep them out for.
